• Test the remote to ensure all devices are working properly
• Customer education

Does not Include:

• Devices Connection
• Programming of Advanced Universal Remote (Crestron, AMX, RTI, Control4, etc)
• Setting up advanced macro and variable functions on the remote
• Multi-room use for single remote
• Programming of non-audio/video devices (blinds, lights, thermostats, etc)
