• Pre-programming survey to establish requirements and estimate programming time
• Program any Advanced Universal Remote by certified professional
• Connect system devices to Universal Remote controllers, utilizing best possible method (IR, Trigger, RS232)
• Test the remote to ensure all devices are working properly
• Customer education
• Three changes to macros and layout for best customization of the remote within 6 month of installation (new devices not included)

Does not Include:

• Installation of any audio video devices
